Udaipur

All wedding festivities will take place at the Oberoi Udaivilas and Trident Hotel - adjoining properties within the same compound.

We have reserved both of the hotels and will send out room block information soon! Since there is another wedding taking place at the venue the day before ours, we recommend flying in to Udaipur Maharana Pratap airport the morning of our first event on Feb 14.

Airport transportation will be arranged. If possible, stick to Air India, Vistara, or Indigo when booking flights.

Our Favorite Destinations

Many of you are coming from the US and want to take the opportunity to explore India, so we are including here some of our favorite destinations throughout the country. The “Golden Triangle” of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur makes for a fantastic 5-7 day itinerary and would be a natural start to the week prior to the festivities in Udaipur.

  • Delhi

    India’s historic capital and home of numerous Mughal and Delhi Sultanate-era monuments including Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, and Red Fort. Also home to some of the finest cuisine in India. We recommend 3 days. Top restaurants: Bukhara, Indian Accent.

  • Agra

    Home of the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. We recommend 1 day. Top restaurant: Esphahan at Amarvilas.

  • Jaipur

    The “Pink City” and capital of Rajasthan, home to several stunning landmarks including the Amber Fort and Hawa Mahal. We recommend 2 days. Top restaurants: Raj Mahal, Surya Mahal at Rajvilas

  • Mumbai

    The most cosmopolitan city in India, and the financial and entertainment capital of the country. Known for world-class trendy restaurants and nightlife. We recommend 2 days. Top restaurants: Trishna, Mahesh Lunch Home, Yauatcha, Bombay Canteen, Masque.

  • Ranthambore National Park

    A famed tiger sanctuary and safari destination. We recommend 2 days. Top restaurant: The Dining Room at Vanyavilas

  • Goa

    Home to vibey beaches, buzzing nightlife, fresh seafood, and an old town that looks like it was plucked out of Portugal. We recommend 2 days. Top restaurants: Fishermans Wharf, Calamari
